Your Free Money Making Webspace
There are a lot of free web hosts out there, but most of them have some restrictions or place their ads on your pages. Since the object here is to make money instead of giving it away to someone else we will require web hosting without ads.
We will also require a lot of bandwidth for all those customers your going to have, and a MySql database or two. It wouldn’t hurt if this webspace had perhaps extra room for multiple sub domain as well, you could use them later.
Remember our goal: To make money online in 30 days or less without spending any money.
After scouring the internet I managed to find the right place. Verwalten.CH is a Free Webspace Provider located in Switzerland, not that this matters the internet is worldwide. They offer 50 sub domains, 50 MySql databases, plenty of bandwidth, PHP 5.2.10, FTP and for those of you that have no idea how to use FTP, a vista panel to access all of it.
The best part of all of this is it is free and after you start to make some money on the internet, you can either continue to stay there for free or you can pay them a small yearly fee and get a real .com.
Sign up is quick and easy, however I would use FireFox to do this because IE has issues with the Vista Panel. Once you have done this and confirmed your account, open the Vista Panel and Add a sub domain to your account.
I chose the name SimplyYou.is great.org , why I have no idea just that it sounded like a great name for a website.
Once you have your website url picked out then you need to go and create your website.
Fortunately your new website comes with a Fantastico type installer which will easily install a number of software types to your webspace. I chose to have WordPress installed for a number of reasons. First I am used to it, Second it is the easiest to make into a sales site, it has all the bells and whistles you will need.
I could have set up WordPress MU with the buddy press plugin if I was planning on running a blogging site, but that was not my intention.
Ok I suppose that your wondering why you just can’t use your existing blog, like the one here at efx3.com. Well you can however some of the features that you will possibly need have been disabled and then there is the co branded advertisement bar at the top that makes it look very bad to customers.
You will need total control over your website as well as to be able to create several different websites so that you will be able to increase your page rank, but that is still another post.
